Our journey began in 2020 in Ukraine, where we opened a beauty studio with a simple idea — to create a space where quality, care, and style come together. From day one, we focused on using only premium products, paying attention to every detail, and making sure each client felt confident and taken care of. As our business grew, we helped others in the beauty industry build their own salons from scratch — offering full support, from concept to launch. Over time, we became not just a beauty studio, but a full-service beauty consulting and training hub. In 2023, life brought us to the U.S., and we brought our passion with us. Today, we continue doing what we love — offering high-quality nail services with a European touch, focusing on clean work, high-end materials, and personal connection. We’re excited to meet our new clients and share what we’ve built with so much care and experience.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking & Cancellation Policy Beauty Syndicate – Downtown Denver At Beauty Syndicate, we are committed to providing a premium experience while respecting the time and effort of both our clients and team. Please read our booking and cancellation terms carefully before your appointment. 🔒 Booking & Deposit • Appointments may require a deposit depending on the service type. • All bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. • Clients who cancel or reschedule more than twice in a row will be asked to prepay 100% of future services. 🕑 Cancellation & Rescheduling • If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. ⏰ Late Arrivals • If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may: • Shorten your service without price reduction; • Or cancel the appointment entirely and apply a cancellation fee. • If you’re booked for a hard gel service and arrive with significant regrowth, full removal and new application pricing may apply. ❌ No-Show Policy • Not showing up for your appointment without notice will result in 100% charge of the service booked. • After 1 no-show, future bookings may be allowed only with full prepayment. 🤝 Our Commitment to You We always strive to accommodate every client and make the booking process as smooth and flexible as possible.
